We are pleased to share an important update for our patients with Aetna DMO insurance. As of late last week, Aetna resumed communications with our office, and we have successfully reached an agreement that allows us to continue caring for our existing Aetna DMO patients for another year.

 

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this situation may have caused. Our intention throughout the past year has been to maintain our relationship with Aetna and continue serving our valued patients. Unfortunately, Aetna was unresponsive during the negotiation process and provided little indication of a willingness to move forward. In fact, we experienced a complete lapse in communication for nearly a month prior to last week’s breakthrough.

 

We understand that many of you may have made the difficult decision to switch providers or insurance plans due to the uncertainty. Please know that we truly regret the disruption this may have caused and did our best to keep you informed so you could make decisions in your best interest.

 

If you have transitioned to another office but would like to return to our care, we would be more than happy to welcome you back.
